Bears tight end Jimmy Graham hauled in both of his targets for 16 yards against the Vikings in Week 18.
Fantasy Impact: Graham operated as the Bears’ No. 2 tight end this season, catching 14 passes for 167 yards and three scores. He’ll likely be cut by the Bears in a few months. Even if he signs with a team in need of tight end help, it’s hard to imagine the 35-year-old has much fantasy relevance ahead of him.
