Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow thinks he will be ready for the start of 2021 after undergoing major knee surgery.
Fantasy Impact: In a recent interview with Colin Cowherd, when asked if he would be ready for the start of the 2021 season, Burrow responded with, “I think I’ll be ready. I think it’ll be just fine.” Burrow underwent reconstructive knee surgery at the beginning of December after tearing the ACL and MCL in his left knee. This is positive news for Bengals fans, as the former first overall pick looked to be the answer at QB in Cincinnati for the first time in a long time. Burrow finished the season with 2688 passing yards, 13 touchdowns, and five interceptions while adding another 142 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. The Bengals are hoping he returns to form in 2021, as this team goes only as far as Burrow can take them.
