Joey Slye misses kick in Week 5 loss

Joey Slye went 2-for-3 on field goals and did not attempt a field goal in the Commanders’ 40-20 loss to the Bears on Thursday night.

Fantasy Impact: Slye missed from 46 yards out while converting from 32 and 51. It wasn’t his greatest outing, but the 51-yarder boosted his scoring in leagues that offer bonuses for long kicks. Nevertheless, Slye has missed three field goals this season and isn’t an appealing fantasy option.
