Per the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team has signed veteran WR John Brown to their practice squad.
Fantasy Impact: Given that within the last month the Bucs have lost Chris Godwin to injury and parted ways with Antonio Brown this signing makes sense as a way to add some more bodies to the WR room in case any more injuries creep up before the team’s playoff clash vs the Eagles on Sunday. This is not a guarantee that Brown will even be promoted to the active roster but more than anything it gives the Bucs a proven WR option that can be called upon if necessary.
