Jonathan Taylor not traded by deadline, starting on PUP

Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor was not traded ahead of his previously given Tuesday deadline and will begin the NFL season on the physically unable to perform list.

Fantasy Impact: Taylor will begin the season on the PUP list, forcing him to miss the first four games of the season. The saga will only continue between Taylor and the Colts’, as his trade request stands and the Colts did not get what they were looking for in return. It’s possible he holds out for more time this season, which would put RBs Zack Moss, Evan Hull and Deon Jackson in line for touches. The situation could continue to get ugly until the NFL trade deadline hits.
