In a recent interview with Packers’ RB AJ Dillon, the now fourth-year back emphasized the locker rooms trust in Jordan Love, who is ready to take on a starting role in 2023.
Fantasy Impact: Dillon was quoted saying “It’s not like some new guy that just popped up calling the shots,” which is a key source of optimism for Love’s first starting campaign. Love has been in the system for a few years backing up Aaron Rodgers and therefore should have a faster start than other first-year starters in 2023. Love, himself, should be viewed only as a borderline backup in standard leagues with some potential upside, but the idea that he could settle in quickly is a good sign for the Packers’ offensive nucleus.
