Josh Allen will not require surgery on his injured elbow and is expected to make a full recovery in time for the 2023 regular season.
Fantasy Impact: Allen suffered a UCL injury to his throwing elbow during the second half of the season. Allen did not miss a start, but the Bills did appear to limit his running in order to protect against additional hits to his throwing elbow. The Bills’ star quarterback will remain a top option in fantasy drafts in 2023.
