QB Josh Dobbs is being traded to the Minnesota Vikings from the Arizona Cardinals. The Vikings are sending a sixth-round pick in the deal, with the Cardinals sending a seventh-round pick as well.
Fantasy Impact: Dobbs started all eight games of Arizona’s season, tallying 1,569 yards passing with eight touchdowns and five interceptions. He has also rushed for 258 yards and three touchdowns. The move gives him a slight bump for the rest of the season as he moves behind a better offensive line, which can perhaps boost his rushing numbers. He remains solidly in the QB2 range. The move also saves some of Jordan Addison’s and T.J. Hockenson’s fantasy value following the loss of Kirk Cousins to an Achilles injury.
