Josh Downs (knee) downgrades to limited participant

Indianapolis Colts rookie WR Josh Downs was downgraded on Thursday to a limited practice with a knee injury.

Fantasy Impact: Downs has been an impact rookie on offense since QB Gardner Minshew II took over under center. Downs has finished as a top-40 WR in five of the last six weeks and has 40 catches for 473 yards and a pair of scores through eight games. If he can’t go, the Colts will have to rely more heavily on WRs Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce as their roster is thin at the WR position, so his situation should be monitored when an official designation comes out Friday.
