Raiders coach Josh McDaniels said Josh Jacobs is not under contract (hasn’t signed franchise tag), and therefore is not at mandatory minicamp.
Fantasy Impact: McDaniels still spoke highly of Jacobs & is respectful of this process. It still seems likely Jacobs and the Raiders will agree to terms at some point in the next month or two, but it remains a situation to monitor.
