Joshua Palmer has 21-day practice window opened

The Chargers have opened WR Joshua Palmer’s 21-day practice window.

Fantasy Impact: Palmer has not played since landing on injured reserve after Week 8 with a knee injury. The 24-year-old could be activated soon now that his practice window is open. The Chargers need another option outside of Keenan Allen, so Palmer’s return could bring fantasy managers a value play later in the season.
