Justin Herbert completed 25-of-38 passes for three touchdowns in the Chargers Week 4 win vs the Raiders.

Fantasy Impact: Herbert looked very sharp in the Chargers win. He tossed all three of his touchdowns in the first half and helped the Chargers get their third win of the season. He didn’t provide any rushing yards this game, but still produced another solid outing. Herbert will be a QB1 in a tough matchup against the Browns in Week 5.
