WR Justin Watson is returning to the Chiefs on a two-year deal, per his agent JL Sports.
Fantasy Impact: Justin Watson re-joins a Chiefs WR room led by Kadarius Toney, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Skyy Moore. Watson saw significant snaps at times last season but never saw more than five targets in any game (12% target rate per route run). He will compete with Richie James Jr. for WR4 status on the Kansas City depth chart, leaving him with little fantasy value.
