According to Pete Sweeney of Arrowhead Pride, WR Justyn Ross saw reps with the first team unit on Sunday at Kansas City’s training camp.
Fantasy Impact: Ross was considered a top prospect in college before injuries largely derailed his career, leading him to go undrafted in 2022. Injury cost him his rookie season as well, but the hype for Ross has not been quelled. With WR Kadarius Toney sidelined with an injury, Ross saw first-team reps on Sunday, a good sign for his prospects in 2023. It’s unclear how he has recovered from his injury or whether he will have a role going forward, but he is probably more likely to make the roster on a somewhat-deep receiving core.
