Fantasy Impact: After drafting the former Florida WR in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft, the Giants have been actively shopping the second-year pro this offseason. Toney, who had a tumultuous rookie season a year ago, had his work ethic called into question at several points of the season due to his lack of production and understanding of the playbook. The high maintenance second-year pro has yet to show up for the team’s offseason programs to start the spring.
