Kadarius Toney (knee) could be nearing practice return

Kadarius Toney, who has been dealing with a knee injury, has a chance to “practice in about a week.” According to HC Andy Reid, as reported by Nate Taylor of The Athletic.

Fantasy Impact: This is good news as Toney still has a chance to suit up in the Chiefs’ Week 1 clash with Detroit, but until he gets back on the practice field, it will be hard to tell how significant the effects of his recent injury will be. Toney has dealt with many injuries since being selected in the first round of the 2021 draft, but when healthy, he has the big-play ability to be a fantasy week winner.
