Kalon Barnes runs 2nd-fastest 40-yard dash in combine history

Per Adam Schefter, Baylor cornerback Kalon Barnes ran a 4.23 40-yard dash time at the combine.

Fantasy Impact: Barnes finished his senior year at Baylor with 23 total tackles, one interception, and five passes defended. The speedster’s record setting 40-yard dash time will attract plenty of attention his way leading up to the draft.
