Keenan Allen noted that he did not see the field in the second half against Seattle on Sunday because Los Angeles was limiting his snaps as he returned from a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact: Allen had just two catches for 11 yards in the game and was likely just looking to get back up to speed before the Chargers headed into their bye week. The good news is that the second half absence was just maintenance and not setback related. Allen now gets the bye week to get back to 100% health and he should be able to come out firing on all cylinders in Week 9. The Chargers are going to need him as their WR1 as fellow receiver Mike Williams went down with an injury against the Seahawks and may now be looking at an extended absence himself.
