Keenan Allen, who reportedly tweaked his hamstring during the Charger’s bye week, did not practice in any capacity this week, putting his status for Sunday’s game in serious doubt.
Fantasy Impact: Allen has been nursing a hamstring injury since Week 1, and after returning in Week 7 the 30-year-old WR is trending towards not suiting up in Week 9. After reports came out that Allen tweaked the injury during the team’s bye week, the star wideout made it clear he would not return until 100% healthy. If Allen does indeed miss Sunday’s contest, Josh Palmer and DeAndre Carter will see a major increase in their workloads with Mike Williams already out with an ankle injury.
