Kenneth Gainwell leads the Eagles in rushing in Week 1 win

Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell tallied 54 rushing yards on 14 carries in a Week 1 win over New England. Gainwell also caught all four of his targets for 20 yards.

Fantasy Impact: Gainwell was the feature back for the Eagles Sunday, with Boston Scott and D’Andre Swift seeing just one rushing attempt each. The 24-year-old really burst on to the scene in the playoffs last season and was the favorite in camp to open the season as the lead back in Philadelphia. Fantasy managers should continue to start Gainwell with confidence ahead of a Week 2 matchup with the Vikings on Thursday.
