According to ESPN’s Ian Rapoport, the Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to start rookie QB Kenny Pickett going forward, moving on from QB Mitchell Trubisky as the starter.
Fantasy Impact: Pickett had a mixed-bag debut in the NFL, completing all but three passes with the three incompletions being interceptions. However, the Steelers’ offense has been anemic to start the season. Pickett might not improve it right away, but a switch gives him the opportunity to get better heading forward. Steelers players can’t be played with enormous confidence, but there’s hope for a late-season surge.
