According to Field Yates of ESPN, free agent RB Kenyan Drake tried out with the Indianapolis Colts on Wednesday alongside RBs Benny Snell and Devine Ozigbo.
Fantasy Impact: After recording three straight 1,000-scrimmage-yard seasons between 2018 and 2020, 29-year-old Drake has found himself bouncing around as a rotational back. With the Raiders and Ravens over the last two seasons, Drake has 1,116 scrimmage yards on 4.3 yards per rush attempt and 8.1 yards per reception, all solid production marks. If he signs with the Colts, he’ll provide a veteran option to the currently injured Zack Moss as well as backup RBs Evan Hull and Deon Jackson, under the assumption that the ongoing Jonathan Taylor saga continues to go south.
