According to Stephen Holder of ESPN, edge rusher Kwity Paye, a 2021 first-round pick, suffered a bone bruise at practice on Wednesday, dodging a serious knee injury.
Fantasy Impact: Paye’s injury isn’t believed to be serious, fortunate news for the Indianapolis Colts. In 2021, he had 32 tackles and three tackles for loss with 10 quarterback hits and a forced fumble while playing 66% of the team’s snaps. Paye should be able to return soon, adding depth to the Colts’ pass rush while they wait for a sophomore surge from the Michigan product.
