Kyle Philips will return punts if practice goes well

Kyle Philips is set to be the punt returner for the Titans if all goes well in practice for him.

Fantasy Impact: Philips has been out for the entire season so far because of a knee injury, but he was designated to return and was able to practice yesterday. Craig Aukerman, Tennessee’s special teams coordinator, says that he will be returning punts for the team if all goes well in practice this week. It sounds like he’s fully healthy, and his presence on the field will mean less work for Nick Westbrook-Ikhine moving forward.
