The Arizona Cardinals have extended QB Kyler Murray through 2028 in a massive five-year deal, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Fantasy Impact: Murray is a two-time Pro Bowl player entering his fourth year in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals, throwing for 3700-plus yards and 20-plus touchdowns every season. His quickness inside and outside of his pocket using his legs, however, is what truly makes Murray special, rushing for 1,786 career yards and 20 touchdowns so far in his career. After a long offseason full of back-and-forth drama between the two parties, they finally have come to an agreement on a five-year extension worth up to $230.5 million, $160 million guaranteed, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Murray is currently being drafted at QB5 and has finished as a QB1 in every season.
