Sources close to Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels feel he has a good chance to become the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Fantasy Impact: There are some Patriots’ connections in Las Vegas, and McDaniels is said to be a big fan of Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. McDaniels seems to be in the head coaching rumors each offseason, but he hasn’t been in the position since 2010 when he was with the Broncos. That didn’t go so well, but teams are hoping he’s continued to learn under Bill Belichick in New England.
