Washington TE Logan Thomas is expected to return to practice following the team’s bye in Week 9 after missing the last four games.
Fantasy Impact: Thomas’ return would certainly be a welcome one for Washington, as this offense has failed to score more than 22 points without him in the lineup. Prior to the injury, Thomas was seen as a low-end TE1, but with the emergence of teammate Ricky Seals-Jones, and out of an abundance of caution for reinjury, we could see Thomas’ volume lowered. Fantasy managers should certainly monitor the situation coming out of the bye, and should absolutely have a backup option rostered in case of a setback.
