Mac Jones ‘a likely trade candidate’ for Patriots

New England Patriots QB Mac Jones is considered a “likely trade candidate” by NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, with there being a “good chance” he ends up elsewhere in 2024.

Fantasy Impact: After getting demoted from starter to third-stringer, Jones’ relationship with the Patriots has likely been strained to the point of no return. The former first-round pick experienced the worst year of his young, three-season pro career, throwing for 2,120 yards with 10 TDs and 12 INTs. He ranked 28th in EPA/play, but there’s a chance a QB-desperate team outside of the 2024 NFL Draft’s ideal QB range could take a chance.
