Mac Jones inactive in preseason opener

Mac Jones was inactive for the Patriots first preseason game against Houston.

Fantasy Impact: Jones is in line to enter his third NFL season as the starting quarterback. With the Patriots bringing in Bill O’Brien to server as the new offensive coordinator, it would not be a surprise to see Jones suit up in a future preseason game. He currently ranks as the QB30 in ECR, and does come with some risk considering Bailey Zappe has also seen reps with the starters in training camp.
