Mac Jones has been shopped in trades to multiple teams this offseason, according to a report from PFT’s Mike Florio. The teams mentioned as potential destinations are the Raiders, Texans, Buccaneers, and Commanders.
Fantasy Impact: The Patriots shopping Mac Jones could mean the team is looking to upgrade the position either via trade or the NFL Draft, which would provide a boost to the entire offense’s fantasy outlook. As for Jones, he won’t carry much value in anything but 2QB formats as a non-rushing fantasy QB. It’s also a bad look for him long-term to be selected 15th overall and then hit the trade block two years later.
