Maliek Collins acquired by 49ers through trade

The San Francisco 49ers are trading for Houston Texans DT Maliek Collins, shipping off a seventh-round pick as a part of the deal.

Fantasy Impact: Collins has been an active member of Houston’s front seven recently, starting 46 games over the last three seasons. The former Texan, Las Vegas Raider and Dallas Cowboy has 25.5 sacks and 46 tackles for loss in 119 games and eight seasons in the NFL. He can play alongside Javon Hargrave after the Niners moved off of Arik Armstead.
