Marquise Goodwin activated from NFI list

The Browns have activated WR Marquise Goodwin from the NFI list.

Fantasy Impact: Goodwin will now begin to ramp up and soon begin practicing with the team. The veteran wide receiver was placed on the NFI list after experiencing discomfort in his legs and slight shortness of breath during OTAs, which revealed blood clots in his legs and lungs.
