Free-agent QB Matt Barkley has signed a contract with the Tennessee Titans to backup QB Ryan Tannehill, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Fantasy Impact: Barkley spent the last three seasons with the Buffalo Bills. He is a solid, experienced backup QB. The Titans also cut QB DeShone Kizer, so Barkley will be the go-to in Tennessee if Tannehill suffers an injury.
