Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports Matthew Stafford considers the Rams a “viable contender” in his trade market with the Lions.
Fantasy Impact: It seems impossible that the Rams would be able to pull off such a move with Jared Goff’s disastrous contract on the books for a few more years. Additionally, LA’s earliest pick in this year’s draft comes at No. 57 overall. Still, Fowler adds that the Rams have explored the possibilities with Stafford. The Lions figure to trade their franchise QB by March 21st when a roster bonus would cost them an additional $10 million.
