Fantasy Impact: Evans found the end zone on receptions of one-yard and 23-yards in Sunday’s loss. The veteran wideout and QB Baker Mayfield clearly have chemistry as they have connected four four touchdowns in their last three games. Evans remains a must-start heading to a plus matchup agains the Panthers in Week 13.
