Mike White completed 13-of-17 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns in the Jets’ 31-27 win against the Giants in Sunday’s preseason finale.
Fantasy Impact: White orchestrated a touchdown drive on his first possession in relief of Joe Flacco on Sunday. White connected with Braxton Berrios (21-yards) and Jeff Smith (19-yards) for his two touchdown passes which took the Jets from a 10-3 deficit to a 17-10 halftime lead. Flacco will start Week 1 if Zach Wilson is not ready but White looked more ready to play on Sunday. White’s fantasy relevance would only come from an unexpectedly extended absence from Wilson and ineffectiveness from Flacco and even then he would be most useful in DFS formats.
