Miles Sanders tweaks groin in practice Wednesday

Panthers coach Frank Reich said Miles Sanders tweaked his groin in practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Sanders will not play in the Panthers first preseason game against the Jets. He added that pretty much everyone else should expect to play including QB Bryce Young, who will start. Sanders injury will be one to monitor, but Carolina is likely playing it safe with him this early in August.
