Mitch Trubisky completed 21 of his 33 passes for 168 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a 17-14 loss to the Patriots in Week 2. He added a seven-yard rush in the contest.
Fantasy Impact: Trubisky’s lone touchdown pass was an eight-yard connection with Pat Freiermuth early in the fourth quarter. The veteran quarterback continues to struggle to produce big plays for the Steelers as he averaged just 5.1 yards per pass atttempt for the second consecutive week. Trubisky now has two touchdowns and one interception through the first two games of the season. He will be a QB3 in Week 3’s Thursday night game against the Browns.
