The Chicago Bears are expected to move on from Mitchell Trubisky this offseason, per Dan Sileo.
Fantasy Impact: There’s no shock here as Ian Rapoport stated that Trubisky’s future with the Bears was contingent on a playoff run in 2020 and the team was bounced in the first round by the Saints. Sileo is reporting that the Cowboys and Broncos have both expressed interest in Trubisky. The former second-overall pick will likely start next season as a backup. Although Nick Foles is still under contract through 2021, the Bears will probably find another quarterback either through a trade, free agency, or this year’s draft. Expect the Bears quarterback situation to be a hot topic through this offseason yet again.
