According to Alex Kozora of Steelers Depot, QB Mitchell Trubisky was working with the first-team offense during practice at Pittsburgh Steelers training camp.
Fantasy Impact: Trubisky spent last season backing up QB Josh Allen in Buffalo before getting a second chance to start in the NFL with Pittsburgh. In Chicago, Trubisky threw for 10,609 yards and 64 touchdowns across four seasons. The Steelers are taking a cheap chance on the former No. 2 pick revitalizing his career while they have a new first-round pick in QB Kenny Pickett waiting in the wings. Trubisky has been a borderline QB2 in fantasy throughout his career and, with a strong receiving group in Pittsburgh, should be on the radar for fantasy managers in superflex formats.
