Myles Garrett has been downgraded to out for the Browns’ Week 4 game against Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact: Garrett, who was listed as questionable, missed practice this week after suffering minor injuries in a car accident earlier in the week. He is dealing with a shoulder sprain, strained biceps, and lacerations from the accident. A big loss for the Browns defense which should result in a slight downgrade of their D/ST heading into Week 4.
