According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Carolina Panthers will not place a tender on DB Myles Hartsfield, setting him up to become an unrestricted free agent.
Fantasy Impact: Hartsfield played three seasons in Carolina, starting 19 games over the last two years playing roughly 75% of the team’s defensive snaps over that time. The Panthers are letting him walk into free agency, though, potentially showing confidence in their current DB group. Hartsfield is a former UDFA and currently 25 years old.
