Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that the Bears are having a difficult time moving backup QB Nick Foles.
Fantasy Impact: Bears traded up to snag Justin Fields as their franchise QB. After signing Andy Dalton during the offseason, that leaves Nick Foles the odd-man out. His current contract is making it very difficult for the Bears to move him. He has $4M guaranteed in 2021 and $5M guaranteed in 2022. There was five QB’s taken in the first round and not many QB-needy teams left. The Bears will have to do some convincing and negotiating to try to move Foles this offseason.
