Texans WR Noah Brown is officially active for a Week 15 matchup with the Titans.

Fantasy Impact: Brown continues to deal with a knee issue, but the veteran has suited up and played through it over the last two weeks. With Nico Collins (calf) inactive, Brown will step into the No. 1 role in the Texans’ offense Sunday.
