Pat Elflein restructures contract to clear more cap space

The Panthers and Pat Elflein agreed to convert some of his compensation into a signing bonus to clear more cap space.

Fantasy Impact: Carolina converted $4.865 million into signing bonus which created $2.432 million in additional cap space. The team is now up to around $30 million to spend heading into the beginning of free agency.
