Pat Freiermuth sees one target Friday

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth saw one target – a six-yard catch – on Friday in their preseason opener.

Fantasy Impact: Freiermuth had a successful sophomore campaign, setting career-best numbers of 63 catches and 732 yards. In his first two seasons, Freiermuth has had consecutive half-PPR top-13 seasons among TEs. Despite the Steelers drafting TE Darnell Washington in the 2023 NFL Draft, Freiermuth should remain Pittsburgh’s TE1 and has a solid chance to be a fantasy TE1 again, being drafted on average as the half-PPR TE9.
