Patrick Mahomes II completed 24-of-38 passes for 241 yards and two interceptions in the Chiefs’ Week 8 loss to the Broncos.

Mahomes was added to the injury report earlier in the day with an illness and was reportedly dealing with flu-like symptoms. The 28-year-old failed to record a touchdown for the first time this season. Mahomes and the Chiefs will look to bounce back in a tough matchup with the Dolphins in Week 9.
