Denver Broncos RB Phillip Lindsay has been given the low RFA tender, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Fantasy Impact: The 26-year old running back rushed for over 1,000 yards in 2020. This marks back-to-back seasons eclipsing the 1,000-yard mark for Lindsay. With the Broncos placing the low Restricted Free Agent (RFA) tender on Lindsay, this means other teams can offer more and the Broncos can opt to either match the offer or risk losing him without compensation. The undrafted running back is entering his fourth-year and still has a lot of miles left on him, including the massive chip on his shoulder from being a draft snub. Expect Lindsay to seek other offers as Broncos RB Melvin Gordon usurped the lead-back role in 2020 and appears to have it locked down heading into 2021.
