The New England Patriots have selected RB Pierre Strong with the No. 127 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact: The 5-foot-11, 207-pound running back came from South Dakota State and was a first-team FCS All-American. Strong has excellent instinctive running skills and hyperactive vision to find cut routes. He does not have the best hands as a receiver, but he is a solid blocker and profiles as a committee back, which means he is on the right team. Fantasy managers who want to dance with the Patriots’ running backs on their roster will be rewarded some weeks and punished the other weeks. Dynasty managers, though, should have Strong on their radars at this point.
