Quez Watkins is listed as Philadelphia’s WR3 on their current depth chart.

Fantasy Impact: The team considers Watkins to be their WR3, which shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to fantasy managers, given that he had the most receiving yards outside of A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert last season. He doesn’t project to get a lot of work this season, but he’ll cycle in and could get an increased role if one of the guys ahead of him get injured.
